You're ripped at every edge, but you're a masterpiece / OOTD

Hey everybody!
I was away in London last weekend, so there was no posts up, but I'm back today, styling this amazing corduroy skater skirt with stripes and knee high boots!
I found this skirt in a charity shop in London and fell in love with it & the bonus is that it fits like a glove! London charity shops are by far the best, I really recommend having a mooch around if you live there or take a visit.

Nothing gold can stay, like love or lemonade or sun or summer days / OOTD Stripes & Dungarees

I'm back! For real this time, every Friday or Saturday I will be posting!
I have to apologise for what has been almost 3 months of zero content. This summer has been long and a lot has been going on for me! In the space of two weeks, my life has been toppled upside down in both good and bad ways, which I will not bore you with now!
So instead here is an outfit post featuring these cute dungarees which I found in a charity shop (after searching for a pair all summer)! I've paired it with a simple long sleeved stripy top, my classic dark lips and winged eye liner!

We are broken by others, but we mend ourselves / OOTD

Hey everyone!
Today I've got a simple little outfit of the day for you.
I've had a lovely busy week, seeing Paloma Faith at the Eden Sessions, Mazey weekend and a party which left me a little worse for wear the next morning!
For today's outfit I paired my camel faux-suede skater skirt with a polka dot top and my lovely new tan shoes with a little heel for a really simple summer look.
 I hope you enjoy!

Straight towards the sun / beach OOTD

Hey Everyone!
Yesterday me and mum decided to venture to the beach, as it was a gorgeous day! I don't think neither her nor me have been to the beach and sunbathed in bikinis for about 4/5 years, so it was quite a brave little adventure for us both!
The good thing was that it gave me an opportunity to wear my beautiful Hell Bunny vintage style bikini that I got for my birthday last month! It has a lovely vintage floral pattern, a halter neck top and high-waisted bottoms, so it has a very 50's style to it . I absolutely love it and it fits perfectly! Over the top, I wore my dungaree shorts and my big floppy hat, as I am prone to getting over-heated in the summer!
Here are some photos we took, hope you enjoy!

Maybe I've always been more comfortable in chaos

Hello lovely people!
I have returned after a bit of a break from my blog, due to-being totally honest- not feeling particularly inspired or motivated. I've been having a lot of writers block recently which left me stuck in a bit of a rut when it came to posting on here, but I am hoping to go back to posting weekly with more outfits, make-up inspirations and lots more.
Today I thought I'd give you a little skincare update, as I haven't talked about it on here in a long time. This was mainly due to the fact my skin has been quite bad the last 6 or so months and I've been desperately trying things to improve it or else just cover it up.
I've heard so many people raving about the wonders of coconut oil and to be honest, I've always dismissed it, assuming that it would make my skin oily and more spotty, but three weeks ago I decided to get some and I have been converted completely! Within just two days of using it, my skin was so much clearer, brighter and softer, it was incredible. All I do it use it as a moisturiser before bed and sometimes a little bit in the morning. I am honestly so happy with the results and have even gone without foundation, which is quite a huge deal for me.
If you are struggling with your skin at the moment, I really recommend you pick some coconut oil up. You can get it in most health food shops (Holland & Barrett) or TK Maxx, which is where I got mine.

Purple kisses & knee-high boots/ Make-up and OOTD

Good morning lovely people!
This week has been a little weird for me, as I made a decision to leave my college course, as I'd lost interest in it months ago. I have been trying to make positive plans for myself to get me through a long summer, which includes the ever so fun task of trying to get a job and I started doing some volunteering at the Exchange gallery.
I think sometimes it's necessary for your mental health and motivation to leave something that is not right for you. It was making me anxious, tired and really quite miserable and although there are many people who'll disagree with my decision, I truly believe I've made the right one.
Today I put together a very simple outfit with my new(ish) black faux suede knee-high boots which I love so much! I teamed them with a black turtle neck, grey tube skirt, tights and curled my hair. I also wanted to feature a new lip product that I've been loving which is this amazing purple matte lip lacquer from MUA.
I hope you enjoy!

Solitaire, something you consider rare/ How to work vintage pin-stripe trouser & play suits that look like lingerie

Hello lovely people, I am back!
It's been an insane amount of time since I've posted anything, I guess because life has got in the way a bit... But in good news, the weather is getting brighter (god, I sound so British) and I'll be done with this year of college very soon!
Today I have put together two outfits including some items I've purchased recently. I found some amazing high-waisted pin-stripe trousers in a little pop-up vintage sale in Falmouth and paired them with a classic black turtle neck and platform boots. I also picked up a purple velvet embroidered kimono with tassels which I styled with a lovely silky black playsuit, a skinny belt and over the knee socks.
I hope you enjoy this post & I promise I'll be back to posting weekly Xx
